State Wide Taskforce Logo
The Task Force was organized in 1991 to provide a networking system between coordinators
from Community Development Block Grant Entitlement communities, Public Housing Authorities
and other agencies within the state of Ohio. Our purpose is to share experiences, and develop
viable programs and strategies to promote minority, small and disadvantaged business
opportunities throughout Ohio.

The Statewide MBE/DBE Task Force is an organization represented by federal, state, county,
local governments, public housing authorities and representatives from the business, public,
private and non-profit sectors.

Together, the task force represents companies of all sizes who employ thousands of highly
trained, skilled, crafts people who live in our local communities within the state of Ohio.
Collectively our member companies generate millions of dollars in contracts and who in turn
pay in tens of thousands of hours of payroll taxes to support their, respective community.
To that end, there are many opportunities to share initiatives, strategies and programs for
economic growth and development that will significantly impact Ohio municipalities and
school districts.

The Statewide MBE/DBE Task Force members are committed to providing our partners with
the highest level of experience and professionalism resulting in optimum levels of job
productivity, high quality products and services, on time and within budget.
